1. Definitions
   “Website” — https://render.market 
   “Provider” — sole proprietor Kostiantyn Roienko, Tax ID 2653807092, registered at Zip 08293, City-Bucha, Street-Mrii, Building-19A (Ukraine).

2. “Client” — any business or individual ordering 3D rendering/CGI services. 

3. Scope of Services
   Creation of photorealistic/animated 3D imagery, AR/VR assets, furniture configurators and related digital content for manufacturers, architects and designers.

4. Workflow

   • Inquiry → brief → quote → advance invoice.

   • Production starts after 50 – 70 % pre-payment.

   • Work-in-progress (WIP) stages are shared; Client feedback expected within 24 h.

   • Final deliverables released upon 100 % payment.

   • Schedule may shift if Client feedback or inputs are delayed. 

5. Pricing & Payment

   • Prices are bespoke and may change until the quotation is accepted. 

   • Payments in USD via WayForPay, or SWIFT; fees borne by Client.

   • Late payments may suspend work and extend deadlines.

6. Intellectual Property

   • Provider retains copyright to all source files; upon full payment Client receives a non-exclusive licence to use final images for the agreed project only. 

   • Removal of logo/watermark is prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Revision Policy

   • Two minor revision rounds to WIP frames are included. Additional iterations or scope changes are billed separately.

8. No Refunds
   Services are custom-made; payments become non-refundable once production has begun. Provider will correct any technical faults free of charge.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Site or project delays, except in cases of wilful misconduct. 

10. Confidentiality
    Both parties shall keep confidential any materials or data received from the other party, unless prior written consent is obtained.

11. Force Majeure
    A party affected by force majeure must notify the other within 3 days; deadlines are extended accordingly.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes shall be settled amicably; failing that, by the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.
